1. Scope of supply:

A complete set of brand-new, technologically advanced, high-quality double-layer flat vulcanizing machine suitable for fabric core conveyor belt vulcanization, the production line can be operated safely, stably, reliably and for a long time.

Delivery instructions:

The following items are not included in the scope of delivery:

a. Plant and external power wiring.

b. Wiring from the main power supply to each control cabinet.

c. The connecting pipes and valves between the external power source (cooling water) and the unit.

d. Lubricating oil, hydraulic oil.

1.1 Equipment flow

Cloth coiling (2 sets) → belt core unwinding (2 sets) → idler roller group (3 sets of double layers) → front traction → front clamping and stretching (double layers) → main vulcanizing machine (double layers) → middle Clamping (double layer)→idling roller group (3 sets of double layers)→rear clamping and stretching (double layer)→rear pulling machine (double layer)→repair machine→double ground roller coiler (2 sets).

The center height of the equipment is 1300mm (the distance between the lower plane of the upper heating plate and the ground).

1.2 Equipment Composition

1.2.1 Cloth take-up

The swash plate type automatic safety guide head is driven by a torque motor, which can be rotated forward and reverse, and the speed can be automatically adjusted while keeping the line speed constant.

1.2.2 Core lead-off

It adopts swash plate type guide head with automatic insurance, driven by torque motor, and can be forward and reverse.

1.2.4 Front Grip Stretch

The two guide shafts installed in the front clamping and stretching are fixed in the lower bed of the main vulcanizer, and rise and fall with the lower bed. One main stretching oil cylinder is full of the stretching amount of the tape before petrochemical use, and the two pistons in the frame body are used to The upper and lower 360mm movement of the cylinder, with the cooperation of the middle clamp, will separate the adhesive tape stuck on the upper and lower hot plates.

1.2.5 Main curing press

The main vulcanizing machine is designed according to the latest technology and meets the HG/T3034-1999 standard.

(1) frame plate

Q235 steel plate is selected, the structure is welded plate, the sharp is removed by mechanical shot blasting, the Fuling series paint is sprayed, and the stress is removed by vibration before it can be transferred to mechanical processing.

(2) hot plate

The 45# steel plates transported with double fixed lengths and processed correctly are used for processing; each hot plate is divided into 6 heating zones, each heating zone has a temperature measuring point, and there are 18 temperature measuring points in the upper, middle and lower heating plates ; Each hot plate and each heating zone steam inlet is equipped with a manual adjustment section to manually control each temperature, and the temperature of each heating zone is displayed on the main console; the double cold ends are 300mm each.

(3) Upper and lower pads

Q235 steel plate is used. In order to ensure the production accuracy, automatic cutting and blanking, planer processing welding groove, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, alloy welding wire welding are used, and the whole body is put into the furnace for heat treatment after welding to completely eliminate welding stress, and then mechanical processing is carried out. Guarantee no deformation during use.

(4) Oil cylinder

The cylinder body adopts welding parts, the plunger adopts chilled alloy cast iron, and the sealing structure adopts a combination structure of double sealing rings and a dustproof ring to ensure long-term use.

(5) Mechanical balance lifting device

A mechanical balance lifting device is installed at both ends of the lower platform to ensure the balance of the lower heating plate, so as to overcome the phenomenon of uneven fire, toxicity and undervoltage of the product caused by the inclined lifting of the lower heating plate, so as to ensure the quality of the product .

 (6) Heat shield

Adopt pressure resistance ≥ 400kg/cm2, thermal conductivity 0.18Kcal/m, temperature resistance 210℃, thickness 20mm new heat insulation material, suitable for use between the upper and lower supporting plates and the heating plate and between the lower supporting plate and the plunger between.

(7) Clamping guide device

Four pairs of clamping guide devices with adjustable gaps are installed on both sides of the vulcanizer, and the longitudinal and lateral displacement error of the hot plate mold clamping is ≤0.5mm.
